What are the dates and location of the 2026 meeting?
The conference will be held April 09-11, 2026, at the Hilton Riverside Hotel , New Orleans, located at 2 Poydras St., New Orleans, Louisiana 70130.
Can I book a hotel room for the conference?
Yes! NODC has secured a block of rooms at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. The conference will be hosted here as well. For information on booking, visit the accommodations page.
Where should I park?
The hotel offers self-parking, and there are many parking garages and lots surrounding the hotel.
What are the future NODC dates?
April 8-10, 2027
How do I change something on my registration form after I have registered online?

Can I fill out the registration form even if my dentist is not coming?
Yes. The conference invites dentists, hygienists, technicians, and any additional staff members to attend.
How many C.E. credits will I receive?
You will receive one C.E. credit for each hour of lecture time. At the beginning and conclusion of each session, a unique code will be scanned. The unique code will verify attendance and serve as your C.E. credit. During the conference, a C.E. form for all attendees can be picked up from the registration area or from one of the room monitors. Please refer any additional requests or questions to the C.E. desk, which will be located at the registration area. After the conclusion of the conference, NO other verification of attendance will be available.
What if I lose my ticket or badge?
Lost tickets and badges can be replaced at the registration area.
What is the cancellation policy?
TO CANCEL:
To cancel your registration, please e-mail info@nodental.org. All cancellations must be in writing via email. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE CONFERENCE.
CANCELLATION OF ATTENDANCE
Full cancellations (meaning you cancel your attendance to the conference completely) prior to March 19, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a 20% administration fee on all refunds for cancellations. The cancellations must be received IN WRITING via e-mail to info@nodental.org on or before March 19, 2026. No exceptions after this date. Cancellations must be made in writing and include attendee’s name, address and reference number. No refunds will be given after the stated refund deadline regardless of reason including, but not limited to death, illness, or acts of God. Refunds requested 30 days or less from the opening of the Conference are processed four weeks after completion of the Conference.

May I fax or mail my registration form?
Online registration is the easiest, fastest, and most secure way to register for NODC.
We strongly discourage mailing in your registration and payment. If you choose to mail your registration and payment, mail must be postmarked by March 17.

What is the guest policy?
A registered dentist's spouse/guest will be $55 before April 3, after that date, the fee will be $65. For a registered dentist's family member under the age of 18, there is no charge, but the child must be registered to attend the meeting. NO STROLLERS are allowed in the Exhibit Hall. All guests must wear an identification badge at all times.
