The conference will be held April 09-11, 2026, at the Hilton Riverside Hotel , New Orleans, located at 2 Poydras St., New Orleans, Louisiana 70130.

Can I fill out the registration form even if my dentist is not coming?
Yes. The conference invites dentists, hygienists, technicians, and any additional staff members to attend.
How many C.E. credits will I receive?
What if I lose my ticket or badge?
Lost tickets and badges can be replaced at the registration area.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing and include attendee's name, address, and reference number. A 20% administrative fee is assessed on all refunds or cancellations. No refunds will be given after the stated refund deadline regardless of reason including, but not limited to death, illness, or acts of God. Refunds requested 30 days or less from the opening of the conference are processed four weeks after completion of the conference.

What is the guest policy?
A registered dentist's spouse/guest will be $55 before March 14, after that date, the fee will be $80. For a registered dentist's family member under the age of 18, there is no charge, but the child must be registered to attend the meeting. NO STROLLERS are allowed in the Exhibit Hall. All guests must wear an identification badge at all times.
