How to Apply for an Exhibit Hall Booth and/or a Sponsorship

1. Click the button below and fill out a short application. We will review your application within a few business days.

2. Once approved, you'll get an email from us with a link and a code to access the portal that will let you pick a booth and/or sponsorship(s)! Within the portal, be sure to click the "tasks" button and complete the required tasks.

3. You'll provide payment through that link (American Express not accepted), then we will follow up with more information closer to the conference.

Corporate Sponsors

Become a corporate sponsor and gain premier exposure to conference attendees while aligning your brand with the prestige of the conference.

Sponsorship details:

Prime signage: Exclusive, extra-large signs featuring your logo in the foyer near the registration area.
Ongoing recognition: Your logo featured or brand name mentioned in all future advertisements and on the conference website.

Help us keep our attendees caffeinated on Thursday, Friday and Saturday! Sponsors will be recognized on signage next to the coffee area in the main foyer and on our website. We'll have coffee available for attendees on the morning of the 8th, 9th, and 10th, as well as the afternoons of the 8th and 9th. 8 sponsorships are available at $600 each. You may purchase more than one sponsorship.

Welcome Reception Sponsorships

Sponsor our social on Thursday, April 8, in the Exhibit Hall from 4 PM to 6 PM. We'll be serving complimentary beer, wine, cocktails, and live entertainment. Sponsors will be recognized on signage in the exhibit hall and on our website. Sponsorships are $2,500 each, and there are 2 available. You may purchase both if you wish to be featured as the singular sponsor for the reception.

Registration Desk Kick Panel Sponsor

Want your logo to greet our attendees at the door? Buy this sponsorship to be featured on the registration desk kick panel! This sponsorship is $4,000 and there's only 1, so grab it while you can!

Tote Bag Sponsor

Can you imagine visiting a conference without a tote bag to hold all your free swag? We can't! See our attendees carry your logo on a cool tote bag around the exhibit hall, the hotel, and all of New Orleans! The exhibit hall is the most high-traffic area of the conference! If you become an Exhibit Hall Entrance Sponsor, we'll feature your logo on one of the massive archway columns at the entrance of the exhibit hall! Who doesn't like a little donut with their coffee? Become the perfect pairing for our attendees as a Breakfast Snack Sponsor. Name Badge Sponsor

Want everyone at NODC to know your brand's name? Why not put it right on the name badges? As soon as attendees arrive to the conference, they visit the registration desk and pick up their name badge.
