    (1) The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans- a stones throw away from Caesar's Superdome. 
    (2) Exhibit Hall GUMBO was a hit with attendees and exhibitors, so we're bringing it back -- DENTISTS can exchange visits with our conference exhibitors for raffle tickets to win great prizes.  So you get rewarded for just saying hi.  No purchase necessary and winners do not need to be present at the time of the drawings.
    (3) GOLDEN TICKETS -- Do you remember Willy Wonka's golden tickets?  Hidden inside three of our free conference tote bags will be a GOLDEN TICKET.  If your tote bag has a GOLDEN TICKET, you just won $100 cash.  One tote bag per registrant.  Tote bags are first come, first served. All booths are 10 ft. X 10 ft.

Inline Booth $1,600

Corner Booth $1,700

*There is a $25 discount per unit for multi-booth rentals

*Turn in exhibitor agreement with 50% payment

What is included:

  • Flame proof background drapery (8’ high) and side dividers (3’ high)
  • One-line (7”x 44”) exhibitor’s identification sign with booth number
  • Listing on conference website, mobile app, registration booklet and on-site brochure with in scheduled deadlines
  • Attendee list available upon request

Booth space will be assigned as contracts and deposits arrive at our central office in New Orleans. It is to your advantage to return the contract as early as possible. A confirmation will be sent once the paperwork has been processed.

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be given for cancellation less than 90 days before the conference.  A 5% administrative fee is assessed on all cancellations.
