  • What's new for 2023?

     
    (1) The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans- a stones throw away from Caesar's Superdome. 
     
     
    (2) Exhibit Hall GUMBO was a hit with attendees and exhibitors, so we're bringing it back -- DENTISTS can exchange visits with our conference exhibitors for raffle tickets to win great prizes.  So you get rewarded for just saying hi.  No purchase necessary and winners do not need to be present at the time of the drawings.
     
    (3) GOLDEN TICKETS -- Do you remember Willy Wonka's golden tickets?  Hidden inside three of our free conference tote bags will be a GOLDEN TICKET.  If your tote bag has a GOLDEN TICKET, you just won $100 cash.  One tote bag per registrant.  Tote bags are first come, first served.  EXHIBIT HALL ACTIVITIES
 
  • Exhibit Hall Gumbo -- It's our version of BINGO.  Dentists exchange visits with exhibitors for GUMBO card game pieces.  Every row completed on your GUMBO card = one raffle entry to win great prizes, including a grand prize of $1,000 cash.  No purchase necessary and winners do NOT need to be present at the time of drawings to win.  Cost of entry = only your time.
  • Coffee Break- Join us outside the exhibit hall for a complimentary morning coffee and to chat with colleagues. 7:45 - 8:45 am
  • Mid-Afternoon Break-  Join us for a complimentary afternoon pick-me-up inside the exhibit hall for soft drinks, water, and ice cream. 12:30 - 1:30 pm
  • Social Hour- Join us for complimentary beer and wine inside the exhibit hall. 4:30 - 5:30 pm 
 Locations within the exhibit hall for breaks and social hours are TBA.

  • Tote Bags will be given away in the exhibit hall. These tote bags will not only have swag from exhibiting companies, but you could also be the lucky winner of $100 cash! Look inside your bag for a golden ticket. 
  • Prizes will be given away during each Social Hour, Thursday and Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Social Hour locations within the exhibit hall TBA.
