Diagnosis and Treatment for Predictable Advanced Restorative Dentistry
Advanced diagnosis and treatment planning for comprehensive restorative dentistry is absolutely necessary to ensure the best possible chance for successful treatment. Determine if occlussal factors play a role in TMD and how to restore them using the latest materials along with occlusion and gnathology. Management of more involved cases involving joint and muscle pain and full mouth restorative care will be discussed. This course is designed for the serious thinkers and operators.
Course Objectives:
· CO vs CR When to treat in Centric occlusion or restore to Centric Relation.
· How to achieve and confirm Centric Relation.
· Articulator selection and facebow transfer.
· TMD - Diagnosis and treatment.
· Rationale and methodology of splint therapy.
· Treatment sequence and material selection.
· Learn about Bennett angle and angle of eminentia.
