Drill Down to the Customer Service Basics
It is never too late to create a patient focused dental practice. Customer Service is the single most pressing problem for business today. Ideally, your practice should be built from the customer patient/employee on up. Methods to improve overall patient satisfaction, employee morale and top line revenue will be discussed. Additionally, insight on selecting the right type of talent for your practice, learning how to treat patients the “right " way, setting your sights on the right target of service goals and how to treat your employees and build better teams will be presented.
