The Role of a Denal Assistant and the Front Desk in Building a Better Practice

First Impressions are lasting impressions and it is a critical job of the dental assistant and front desk to build lasting relationships with the patients so the practice does not lose their business and grows based on referrals. A successful dental practice is all about attitude, energy and appearance and how these represent your practice. Ideas will be shared to improve the perception of your practice through your team members.

·    How to muti - task and still be polite.

·    How to deal with different personalities.

·    How to overcome angry patients.

·    How to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere in the chair.
