3 Dimensional Dental Imaging -- The New Frontier
3-Dimensional dental imaging may soon replace conventional 2-D imaging as the standard of care for the diagnosis and treatment of many dental conditions. This program will demonstrate and discuss the latest in 3D imaging technologies and theirl clinical applications.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:
• Learn the basic technology and features behind Cone-Beam CT - (CBCT)
• Understand the clinical applications of CBCT, including implant planning
• View examples of different 3-D visualizatons and data reformatting
