Also discussed will be the sealing of crown preparations to eliminate sensitivity, the indications for flowable resin, how to keep class II sub-gingival margins sealed, and how to create large, durable restorations that are virtually direct resin crowns. Polymerization will be covered, why slow is better than fast, along with enticing new data on LED lights. The controversial issue of not removing all caries-affected tissue and the ability to predict when this will be successful and when it might not will be discussed. There will also be an overview of current ceramic bonding techniques and ceramic repair.
