Your office meeting could be great, if you knew how to set it up and run one properly.  We’ll go through the steps to create a successful, productive meeting.  We will discuss our “Elements of a Great Office Meeting” and provide you with a “Template for Success.” Some of the topics we cover in this seminar include: time intervals, meeting structure, topics of interest, themes, communication skills, after the meeting and what to look for during the meeting.
