How do I enter the drawing for an opportunity to win prizes?
You can pick up your “NODC/LDA Passport” at the registration area, along with your printed meeting agenda or at the Passport Prize Drawing table near the entrance of the Exhibit Hall. This booklet includes each exhibiting company’s name, contact information, and table number in the Exhibit Hall. The back page of the Passport is comprised of three tickets that you can use (if you qualify) to enter each of the prize drawings. Then, you’re ready for the adventure….
§ Print your name on the front cover of the Passport and on the three coupons on the back page.
§ Walk around the Exhibit Hall and visit with exhibitors. The exhibitors will place a sticker on your Passport after you visit with them. By collecting a certain number of stickers each day, you will be able to be a part of the door prize drawings. You will need the following number of stickers on the corresponding days to enter your name in the drawing for that day (there will be prize drawings each of the three days):
Friday…………………..25 stickers*
Saturday.....................15 stickers*
* All stickers are cumulative and will roll over from the previous day *
§ When you receive a minimum of the correct number of stickers for the appropriate day, proceed to the Passport/Prize Drawing table near the entrance of the Exhibit Hall. There, the attendant will verify your stickers and take your prize drawing coupon for that day, which will enter you in the drawings for that day.
§ Prize drawings will take place at 5:15pm on Friday (April 15) and at 2:00pm on Saturday (April 16). Drawings will be held near the Passport/Prize Drawing table near the entrance of the Exhibit Hall. Winners will be listed on the prize board near the table and can come to the Passport/Prize Drawing table at any time to claim their prize. You must pick up your prize during the meeting. Please make sure to visit the exhibitors while enjoying an afternoon break!
