Deadlines & Fees
NO 2013 meeting because ADA will be in New Orleans. We'll be back April 3-5, 2014, and deadlines will be updated as soon as that information is available.
Registrants postmarked after March 12, 2012, or online registrants after 11 p.m. CST on March 19, 2012, will be assessed a $50 fee per dentist and $25 fee per person for all other registrants.

SPEAK TO NORMA. CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE ONLINE ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR

Retired Member Designation:
