When will I know if I was closed out of any courses?
You will receive notification in writing that you have been registered for the Conference. Badges and tickets for confirmed courses will be mailed approximately three weeks prior to the conference for pre-registered individuals.
Online registrants will be alerted during the registration process and will be offered to be placed on a wait list.
What is the guest policy?
A registered dentist’s spouse/guest will be $55 before March 14, after that date, the fee will be $80. For a registered dentist’s family member under the age of 18, there is no charge before March 14, after that date, the fee will be $25. However, the child must be registered to attend the meeting.
NO STROLLERS are allowed in the Exhibit Hall. All guests must wear an identification badge at all times.

Where is the lost and found?
Please check with the Conference administration office located in the Exhibit Hall.
What if I lose my ticket or badge?
Lost tickets and badges can be replaced at the Registration Area.
How do I report an emergency?
The New Orleans Morial Convention Center has an on-site registered, ACLS-certified nurse stationed in permanent Medical Rooms located in Lobbies B, E and H during movie-in, move-out and event hours. Medical facilities are clearly identified with visual and Braille signs. Outside each room is an emergency phone directly connected to the Public Safety Department.
