Welcome & Schedule

I am pleased to extend this invitation for you to participate in the next New Orleans Dental Conference and the Louisiana Dental Association Annual Session which will convene on April 12-14, 2012, at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center.  

Our annual convention is dedicated to the continuing quest for excellence in the practice of Dentistry.  We are marketing for at least 1,000 dentists and 1,600 auxiliaries.  The meeting will provide the most current dental knowledge through our clinics and workshops, and will present the latest developments in dental products and equipment in our exhibit hall.  We believe the exhibit hall is as important a part of our meeting as the scientific program and we have made arrangements to insure its success.  We have included the final figures for the 2011 conference for your convenience.

This year the Conference will occupy Hall “B” of the New Orleans Morial Convention Center.  We are looking forward to having our past, present and hopefully new exhibitors with us in 2012.  We can accommodate many booth spaces and have included our 2012 contract and floor plan with this correspondence.  Booth space will be assigned as contracts and deposits arrive at our central office.  It is to your advantage to return the contract as early as possible.  A confirmation will be sent within a month.

We hope you will join us again in 2012 and help us welcome our dental colleagues possibly from the past and friends to enjoy the soothing sounds of jazz, the flavors of the best restaurants in the world, and a dental conference famous for its southern hospitality and camaraderie.
