Course Description:  In this course we will briefly cover general information on where to start when considering any type of financing for your business.  We will go over some examples of practice acquisition loans, purchasing owner occupied real estate for your business, construction loans to build a new practice, equipment loans, business lines of credit and patient financing.  We will go over what to look for, how to start the process and what information is typically needed from the borrower (i.e. specific financial documents) when applying.  There will be a brief description of who Campus Federal is and how dentists can benefit from utilizing Campus Federal for financing needs.  Campus Federal is a preferred business lender for the Louisiana Dental Association since 2015 which allows us to offer perks to dentists who are LDA members.    
 
Learning objectives:
  1. Understand general business lending while detailing some different loan types.
  2. Understand where to start and what is needed to initial loan applications with financial institutions.
  3. Who Campus Federal is and its product offerings (consumer & business).
